The data collected through this site (sign-ups, bookings, orders and the contact form) is used solely by Final FX Art Center to manage classes, cards and subscriptions, and the relationship with students. It is never sold on to third parties.

Students under 18

A student under 18 is signed up by their legal guardian, who remains the point of contact for any request concerning the child’s data.

Your rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data. To exercise those rights, write to us at info@ffxartcenter.com.

Retention period

Data linked to a student account is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in line with Belgian legal obligations.
